Getting to TSB Stadium

TSB Stadium is located on Rogan Street which is off Coronation Avenue and just a five minute drive from the centre of New Plymouth.

Walk

TSB Stadium is just a 20 minute walk from New Plymouth city centre.

Car

Vehicle access is from Rogan Street, there is an easy drop off point is and there are 135 parking spaces available onsite. Additional off-street parking is available for large events.

Buy Tickets

Tickets can be purchased at the Ticketing Box Office located at the TSB Showplace or at the venue on event day, we recommend purchasing early to avoid queues . To purchase online please check event details on the What’s On page.

Food and Beverage

Food and beverage is available in the foyer providing quick ‘grab and go’ snacks at large events, a range of hot and cold food, snacks, alcoholic beverages and coffees are available.

Toilets

Toilets are located on the ground floor by the foyer and upstairs on the mezzanine level.

Accessibility

The venue includes full facilities for elderly and disabled accessibility. There is a specific area set aside for wheelchair users and their caregivers. Please request accessibility seating at the time of ticket purchase. The venue offers five designated disabled car parks with easy access into the venue and a lift to the mezzanine floor. Please check disabled parking information for specific events as they may vary.

Conditions of Entry

At TSB Stadium you can experience close up sporting action on the court. To keep it fun for everyone there’s a few easy rules to follow - no alcohol, glass or commercial food is allowed at the venue. The on-site café is open for events with refreshments and snacks.

Lost Property

If you lost something precious to you at our venue or found something without a home please hand it over to event or security staff. Non valuables will be held at the Stadium for 30 days before they are disposed. Valuable items will be held for one day then handed to police.
