Yarrow Stadium will be the home ground for the Yarrows Taranaki Bulls for the 2018 Mitre 10 Cup. The stadium owner, the Taranaki Stadium Trust, has confirmed the terraces are safe to use however both stands will be out of action for the rugby matches.
The stadium owner, the Taranaki Stadium Trust, says geotechnical testing on the stadium’s West Stand showed the ground stability of the bank beneath it was a significant earthquake risk. The stadium’s East Stand was earthquake prone.
We apologise to our hirers, the players and the fans who have been inconvenienced but we are pleased the stadium can be used and are working alongside Taranaki Rugby to ensure a positive experience for all.
It’s too early to talk about the Stadium's future beyond this rugby season. The Stadium owner, the TST, is considering the next steps.
The main entry is through Gate 1 off Maratahu Street (by Tukapa Street), Gate 2 is also off Maratahu Street with restricted access, Gate 3 entry is located on Clawton Street, Gate 4 is via the driveway next to the West Side Grille off Tukapa Street.

Mitre 10 Cup ticket sales are only available from Gates 1 & 4.
Tickets to events at the venue can be purchased at the Ticketing Box Office located at the TSB Showplace. Ticket sales at Gate 1 and 4 on game days with ticket pick-up at Gate 1 only (check Gate open times on the What's On page). You can purchase PYO tickets and even scan the barcode from your smartphone to avoid queues. To purchase online please check event details on the What’s On page.
Food and Beverage
A Food and beverage outlet is available behind Yarrow Stand along with a variety of food truck offering a range of hot and cold food, alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages including hot drinks.
Eftpos and cash out will be available from the food and beverage outlet.
Toilets are located within the Yarrow Stand. For major events additional temporary toilets are placed around the venue.
The venue has an allocated area for wheelchairs at the Gate One (Upper Maratahu Street) end of Yarrow Stand.

If you have lost something precious to you or found something without a home please hand it over to event or security staff.
Lost property will be held at Yarrow Stadium for one working day and then it will be handed to the Police Station.
